The platform provides complete information about scheme benefits, eligibility criteria, required documents, application procedures, deadlines, and official application links. Its goal is to make government services simple, transparent, and accessible so that every eligible citizen can find and apply for the right scheme without visiting multiple websites.

The platform is developed, managed, and operated by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), with support from DARPG and in partnership with various Central and State Ministries and Departments.
