SBI ASHA SCHOLARSHIP
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship is a prestigious education support program that helps talented students from financially disadvantaged families. It provides scholarships from Class 9 to international higher education, ensuring that financial limitations do not stand in the way of academic success.
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship is an education support initiative by the SBI Foundation that aims to help talented students from economically disadvantaged families continue their studies. The scholarship provides financial assistance to eligible students studying from Class 6 onwards, including undergraduate, postgraduate, IIT, IIM, and selected international master’s programs. Its goal is to reduce financial barriers and encourage deserving students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.
This scholarship is part of the SBI Foundation’s commitment to promoting education and creating opportunities for deserving students across India.

SCHOLARSHIP & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
School Student Class 9 to 12th
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Annual family income less than or equal to ₹3,00,000
Undergraduate (UG Top 300 NIRF)
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Gross annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Pursuing education from a Top 300 NIRF (Overall) or NAAC ‘A’ & above accredited institution
Postgraduate (PG Masters)
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Gross annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Pursuing education from a Top 300 NIRF (Overall) or NAAC ‘A’ & above accredited institution
Medical (MBBS NEET)
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Gross annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Currently pursuing MBBS at AIIMS or a Top 50 NIRF Medical College
- Possess a valid NEET scorecard from the current or previous academic years
IIT Students (JEE Advanced)
- Currently pursuing studies at one of the 23 IITs across India
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Possess a valid JEE Advanced scorecard from the current or previous academic years
IIM Students (MBA CAT)
- Currently pursuing studies at one of the 22 IIMs across India
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Possess a valid CAT scorecard from the current or previous academic years
Overseas Studies (PG+ Top 200 QS)
- Indian Nationals only
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA or 75% marks in the previous academic year (65% for SC/ST, 60% for PwBD)
- Currently pursuing or holding a valid offer letter for a postgraduate (or higher) program at a QS Top 200 university
- Annual family income less than or equal to ₹6,00,000
- Possess a valid GRE/GMAT/MCAT/LNAT or LSAT scorecard from the current or previous academic years

STEP 2 – Sign In or Register
Log in using your registered account. If you’re a new applicant, create an account before proceeding.
STEP 3 – Open the Application Form
After logging in, you will be directed to the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026–27 application page.
STEP 4 – Select Your Scholarship Category
Choose the scholarship category that matches your eligibility and click “Start Application.”
STEP 5 – Complete the Application Form
Enter all the required personal, academic, and other details carefully in each section.
STEP 6 – Upload Supporting Documents
Attach clear and valid copies of all the documents required for your selected scholarship category.
STEP 7 – Review and Accept the Declaration
Read and accept the terms and conditions, then review your application to ensure all information is correct.
STEP 8 – Submit Your Application
After verifying all the details, click “Submit” to complete your application. Please note that no changes can be made once the application has been submitted.
