The Satya Scholarship Program 2026 is a merit-cum-means scholarship initiative introduced by the Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust to support deserving students who want to pursue higher education after completing Class 12. Eligibility Criteria

1. The Applicant must be a Indian Citizen
   
   
2. Open to first-year students in 3 to 5-year undergraduate or integrated master’s courses in:
   • Commerce: BBA, B.Com
   • Engineering and Technology: B.Tech, B.E. (all streams), B.Sc. (Engineering), BCA, B.Arch
   • Medical and Health Sciences: MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Sc. (Allied and Healthcare)
     
     
3. Students should have completed Class XII from a recognised board in Punjab.
   
   
4. Applicants generally need to have secured at least 60% marks in Class XII.
   
   
5. The selected course should normally have a duration of 3 to 5 years, as specified under the scholarship guidelines.
   
   
6. Students from Punjab who have secured admission to any of the above courses at the 38 selected institutes in the Ludhiana district are eligible for the scholarship.
   
   
7. Students from Ludhiana district can also apply for the scholarship if they have been admitted to any of the eligible courses at one of the top 50 NIRF-ranked institutions in India.
   
   
8. The applicant’s annual parental or guardian income should not exceed ₹8 lakh.
   
   
9. Eligible fields may include Commerce, Engineering and Technology, Medical and Health Sciences and other approved programmes.
